Seriously, that was my shopping list this evening after a homeschooling talk at Church tonight. Don't ask. My husband is weird.
So, my latest thougth on my blog is to do it as a daily journal type thing. After all, the whole point was to keep up to date with you, dear reader. That way, I don't feel so bad about not writing to all of you!
First of all, did we watch Lost last night?? Hmmmm. Best line of the evening had to be the exchange between Ben and Locke . . . "Is he talking about what I think he's talking about?" "If you mean teleporting little bunnies, then yes."
So, buring question for me-- why is Whitmore so darned interested in this island?????
Anywho, we had a fairly quiet day. This afternoon we had our first trip to the pool at a friend's neighborhood (thanks "G"!) and after dinner I got out for a few minutes with the girls.
Its all good.
Tomorrow, the boys have soccer in the morning, followed by my in-laws coming over for a cookout. Jon informed me that it should be a rolling thunderstorm by the time they get here, so it should be brats at the kitchen table. As in bratwurst. Hence the kraut. Should be fun.
Yeah.

Just going to buy a new-to-us car in Lexington, KY, (seats 7 as opposed to 5 in Rob's current vehicle) and then heading north a bit to visit old neighbors now living in Cincinnati. Never been to that city before. Every trip I have previously made to Ohio has been across the wide part of the state, so sadly my thoughts are all long, boring, and brown. Maybe there's just a lot of brown brick used there, maybe it's fuzzy memories mixed with NFL musings, who knows.
Please don't let me be the only one to post here. Surely other people read this blog who have many children and dishes and piles of laundry and no business reading blogs, so come on and post!
I was in Ohio for part of the weekend, and in Buffalo for another part! Lauren, as Anne often says, you need a blog too!!! I'd love to see pics of your little ones and see how life in your part of the country is!
